Clarence II is in no way related to Clarence I, they just share a name. Clarence II is a fellow Time Lord, who remains aware of some of the Adjunct Professor's deepest and darkest secrets, such as what the Professor saw when he gazed into the Untempered Schism. Clarence II enjoys being naked and painting.
